What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is a professional service designed to provide homeowners with peace of mind by regularly visiting and monitoring their property while they’re away. Whether you are on vacation, traveling for work, or have a second home that is unoccupied for extended periods, a home watch service helps ensure that the property remains safe, secure, well-maintained, and free from potential issues.
What does a Home Watch visit look like?
Each visit varies based on the needs of the home and client. Overall we will check water flows in all the sinks, observing for visible leaks or damages. Flushing toilets, tubs, and showers, to keep the drain traps wet and avoid smells or drain flies. We check and run appliance to verify working condition. We check humidity levels and the AC temperature readings to ensure all is running properly.
How frequently do you make Home Watch Visits?
We offer Weekly visits (4 visits per month), 3 visits per month, or Bi-Weekly (2 visits per month). Check your homeowners insurance policy, at times some insurance companies may require a number of Home Watch Reports.
Do you do the Home Maintenance?
As part of our concierge services, we will coordinate with our trusted licensed local contractors to perform your maintenance tasks such as lawn care, pool maintenance, HVAC servicing, or any other repairs.
If you have someone for this work we will partner with them and work as a liaison for you.
